Questions
Can it read Arabic text?
Yes. Arabic is recognised and displayed right to left. You can combine Arabic with English or French for mixed documents.
Can it read handwriting?
It is designed for printed text. Neat handwriting is sometimes recognised, but results vary a lot.
Which image formats can I use?
JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF, BMP and HEIC photos from iPhone, as well as PDF files.
How do I know which words to check?
In review mode, words the engine was unsure about are highlighted so you can correct them quickly.
Are my images stored?
No. Everything is processed in your browser tab and disappears when you close it.
