Questions
Is the cropped content deleted?
No. Cropping changes the visible area of the page, which every PDF reader respects, but the content outside is still in the file. To remove sensitive information permanently, use Redact PDF.
Can I crop pages with different sizes?
Yes. The margins are applied to each page’s own edges, so pages of different sizes are trimmed consistently.
How does "Detect content" work?
The page is rendered on your device and the tool finds where the non-white content begins and ends, leaving a small safety margin.
